Miller Opamp Question - input voltage swing of the CS amp

Miller Opamp Question

During my design, do I have to put into account that the input voltage swing of the CS amp must be more than or equal to the output differential voltage swing of the single ended diff amp. I'm asking that because I noticed this point is never discussed.

It's also a general question for multistage amps.
