Hi palyogesh
I've a better suggestion ! what if you tell me about your load and your required power and your input signal and of course about frequency of operation and BW ?
I think thus i can help you !
For designing a class F amplifier there are many rules . for instance some times a class amplifier will be drove with a square wave , and sometimes it will be drove with a sine wave . so it means you can use either linear or a nonlinear device to yield it . it depends of the specifications of your aim .

actually i want this model of cree transistor CGH40010F_r4a I have seen in thesis that they used this model of transistor as non linear model

i am designing class f at 1.3 Ghz freq ,output power should be around 42 dBm for 50 ohm load impedance Can i used s2p parameter file of transistor directly to design amplifier ...........
