If your substrate is FR4, you can see various manufacturers supporting amateurs such as seeedstudio Fusion PCB or other similar manufacturers. I have used seed's service many times. If your substrate material is different than FR-4 such as RO4003, RO4350, you need to look for professional manufacturers and it will cost much more.
