Micromouse..... realisation using atmega8

I am new to micromouse and i want to realise a micromouse using atmega8l kit
................. please help me out... will be very thankful to you all....

what is meant by realization in atmega8??
you can write the program in c coding in codevision avr (software).
After that if the compilation is successful the program gives the option of writing the code to any atmega.
for writing the algorithm refer to micromouseinfo.com.
