Please suggest me a microcontroller having LIN and voltage regulator , memmory size and all to interface with stepper motor.

what is "LIN"?

The PIC18F4431 has all you are looking for except the on-chip voltage regulator. Take a look at the overview and datasheet:

Also, check the PIC16F887 family. They also have most of the features you need and are very inexpensive...

And don't overlook the PIC24. They are fast 16-bit PIC's and very inexpensive for what they offer you in functions and capability.

Microchip is not prefered.
Can you please suggest others having same functionalitys.
 

Microchip is not preferred for automotive applications.Do u have any other suggestions?
 

not microchip part number... others like ST or motorola..
