Hi,
I am designing with LPC3131 MCU from NXP and I don't require several in-built peripheral devices like ADC, USB etc. and they have exclusive power pins as well as software controlled enable/disable.

Shall I simply leave their power pins open or do I need to connect them and disable these unused peripherals from software?

Also if I have to connect power and disable them through software what about the other control and I/O pins of these peripharals? Shall I leave them not connected.

Thanks in advance

It is always preferable to give power and enable/disable the peripherals later using software.

Once the peripherals are disabled applying the controls or input doesn't matter much
so, u can leave them open.
