Microcontroller (pic) based isolated power supply

I am trying to make an isolated power supply.. The spec is as follows...
Vin---Line voltage----90 to 265 volt RMS, 50Hz,
Vout: 16V
Iout: 15A,
Converter: Flyback,
Switching freq: 100KHz,

Please help me on transformer design,
Snubber design,
Mosfet selection

PWM is controlled with the help of PIC controller.. power supply.jpg
