I am teja i did a project on call as micro controller base automation for auditorium.
I used 2 IR recievers and trasmitters these are connected to port 3.0,3.1 of 89c52.The outputs are taken from pot 1.0 as i placed a uln2003 as driver for devices.So, my prblem is that i wrote a program but i did get prob at sensors.Sensors work upcounter when i put mu finger through the sensors and it becomes a downcounter when when i run through the sensors fom the other side.I would lke to give the placement of the sensor:

downcounter <============
(tx)b • (tx)b1•
upcounter means when visitor come into a auditorium counter ticks and through this the count lights turn on.
downcounter means when the go out of room and light turn off.
plzzzz help me with the code and timings in asm language.;-)
