whether fault coverage calculation is possible with this. If possible how we calculate
 

Yes. Fault coverage is possible.
But, your design is dft/scan inserted or not?
Have you a access of tool or not?
It you have a tool access, thn please find the user guide. you will get the proper flow for finding the fault coverage.
