Hi,
I am interested in memory based pcb design boards which consists of FPGA and DDR3,4 and how can I get knowledge on those designs and can anybody give some suggestions about it!
I agree. Do as with all designs:
* Read datasheets
* read application notes
* read design notes
* read through example designs
* read through evaluation board documentation
There's a good reason why manufacturers provide these infirmations
Same procedure as with analog design, high speed design, high power design .... read, read, read....
