can anybody tell me how to measure varactor capacitance vs bias voltage in ADS?

ha,I just learned a very quick method to test the varactor.
see the attachment.
do ac analysis and plot the ac magnitude of the current in the iprobe.
the current at frequency f : I=2*pi*f*C*V.
so the capacitor can be calculated.
