Hi,

I currently working on a LDO design. Therefore I will need to measure its output voltage. The problem is, that it's a fully integrated LDO...means, also the load is on-chip.

Now, the question is, how to measure the output voltage? I guess, I won't see that much of the dynamic behaviour if I would simple connect the output voltage to a pin, right?

How does one usually do? I want to see as much as possible of the dynamic behaviour of the LDO, especially dynamic under- and overshoot as well as ringing effects.

Thank you in advance.
