1.Does anybody know about the effect on lifetime and MCCB functioning due to the overheat occured at one phase in 3 poles 63A ABB brand MCCB?

2.How Can we know and decide to replace MCCB for what kind of overheating condition?

3.What is the acceptable temperature (refer to I.R reading data ) for MCCB?

In my case, one of the Phase contact got Hot Spot due to the cable cap was inserted together with copper when installation and continuous using for few months.
