I realize that this chip is end of life but I need to program it, I have a file for the chip but I cannot find a programmer for it. Does anyone have a idea of what to use?

It's supported by older general purpose programmers, e.g. Conitec Galep 4. Complete datasheet is also specifying programming algorithm. Said ACFN type is PLCC plastic package with OTP EPROM?
