how can I output the maximum of two
0-10 V signals with opamp circuit ?

You need two OPs, two diodes, one resistor. I'm sure, you can figure it out.

but these both circuits take the minimum - I want maximum
( I checked with electronic workbench )

just reverse the polarity of the diodes in the circuit shown to get the maximum value.
