Maximize/Minimize button on Vrtuoso(IC6.1.4) Layout window

I can't see the window size maximize/minimize button on right top corner of my layout window.
I am using IC6.1.4.500.2 version.
Is it the problem with virtuoso version or may i have to change any options ??
Can u please solve this issue.
