max232ese+0805 problem doesn't work at about 50℃

max232ese+0805 problem

I use max232ese+0805 on my circuit. In normal tempreture, it works well.But when i put the tempreture up to about 50℃ , it doesn't work anymore. I can test any single .
In the user manual ,it says it's operation tempreture is more than 50℃. How can i do to slove this problem!
