Hi,

Does anyone know how much current a typical 2GB USB flash drive (Kingston, eg.) will draw? Could it run up to near 500mA in high-speed write/read mode?

And does the figure differ with USB 1.1 (max speed 12Mb/s) and USB 2.0 (max 480Mb/s) controllers?
