I want to create a similar program to the example given in MATLAB "Custom Data Type Optimization Using the Genetic Algorithm" and also called the travelling salesman problem. in the example given, a USA map is used.
How can i make a map of the UK Spain or other countries or areas?
is there any way of inswerting a background so it doesnt look just white.
I found out how to change the border colour, the amount of cities, trying to understand the inpolygon method which makes sure that all the cities "circles" are place within the map.
Can someone please help me ASAP.
