matlab simulation takes long time

I tried to simulate a boost converter in Matlab with swithcing frequency 100KHz. But the matlab takes long time to simulate even for 1s simulation. I tried changing different solvers like ode23,.... but didn't help. Any idea how can I increase the speed so that I can simulate for about 300-500seconds?
