Matlab routine & netlist

Hi Guys,

What does Matlab routine mean? Does it mean a normal matlab code or is it different?
Also, can anyone inform me please what does netlist mean as well?

Yes, it almost certainly just means normal Matlab code. In this context, routine means the same as function.

Also, can anyone inform me please what does netlist mean as well?
A netlist is a description of the connections in an electronic circuit. For example, FPGA designers write code in a Hardware Description Language (such as VHDL or Verilog) which is then compiled into a netlist, which represents the physical circuit described by the code.
