MATLAB & MODELSIM PROBLEM

I work with MATLAB 7 and Modelsim SE 6.0c,
when i run the command vsimmatlab, in Modelsim environment,
MODELSIM terminates.
 

what you do click on xyz.vhd on modelsim first then load design through simulink
