Matlab Logic Help!

Hi guys,

Will appreciate the help on this quite easy problem that I cant think of any solution at the moment.

Basically I am sensing a voltage with a dsp, and then to output two different values for the sensed voltage. Can I do it thru a form of look up table? Doing a form of feed forward circuit to make an important part of my project stable.

I tried using the if else statements and a multiport, however, I am unable to get the multiport input terminal to be connected to all the 3 if else blocks I have created.

Any help on this is much appreciated! Thanks!
