[Matlab] How to calculate bandwidth of video sequence?

Hi
I've done Fast Fourier transform of a video sequence using fftn(X,[128,128,128]). X is a matrix 3d (x,y,time)
I want to calculate along each dimension fixing one at a time, the 3db Bandwidth.
any idea?
