MathCad bode plot (100pts) solved

bode plot using mathcad

How would you make a bode plot of the transfer function below G(s) in MathCAD? It is the control to output for a fly back converter.

I’ve been trying some examples from the internet but I keep getting errors.
This is the example I’ve been trying to follow.

Edit never mind I figured it out.

I'll post the solution here if anyone else has the same problem with MathCad. See below.
