Matching Impedance with conversation frequency

I want a matching impedance with:
Input impedance low (16 Ohm)
Output min 1K.
Frequency: 100Hz to 5KHz
Power 5V is best, +/-5 is secondary...
Vpeak-peak 3V.
Please tell me a design
