Construction of this Marx generator is very simple. „Scaffolding” was made of the PVC pipes. Capacitors were made of pool foil and also PVC pipes, flooded with transformer oil. They withstand 40kV without oil, while with oil it is up to 90kV, while powered from 10kV. 6 degrees are available. Currently, you can get the lightning of about 7cm of rather „fat” thunder (about 3mm) and about 12cm at very stretched and in good conditions.
