Making a new pcb motor controller board with arduino mega inbuild in it.

I want to make new pcb for my small robot with arduino mega 2560 board. Pcb should have motor driver, bluetooth module and arduinno mega and should be less in size. I am using eagle and in can there example arduino mega file be edited to make my board. I am struggling from two days please help anyone.

the arduino eagle file downloaded from official arduino website is getting drc error. what should i do for that.

Yes you can edit the eagle files, just delete all the components from the schematic apart from you connectors then update PCB file and then delete all tracks from PCB, Then you can add your own components and layout.
This is how I did mine for all my custom shields
