I want to make double-U rectangular microstrip antenna. How can I do shapes inside patch more effectively than drawing rectangulars and cut them? I heard something about Boolean operations (ExOr), but I can´t find it in IE3D.

IE3D has a few very powerful boolean operations for it. Please draw your rectangular patch on one layer. Draw the double-U shapes (or any other shapes) on another layer. Please select the double-U shapes and select ADV EDIT->BUILD HOLES AND VIAS FROM SELECTED POLYGONS. Check the laye where the patch is on. Choose the right option and select OK. The double-U slot will be there.
