magnetic pick up signal

I need measure a magnetic pickup sensor, but I need only transform the signal (differential, can go to +- 15V, sine wave) only transform it in a square wave, that detects zero cross of signal, e.g, mark and space will be determined by center of the signal. What do the best form of make it? I'm using INA321 in other project, but it has only 3.8V of Input Common-Mode Range at 5V supply. Can I use a difference amplifier? How can I measure the common mode? This sensor is a PMS sensor of a car ...
