Hi everyone i wanna ask u to help me about a prescaler name M705B1 from st thanks in advance
its about a prescaler 1/15-1/16 but i need its pin diagram

You may want to contact ST Microelectronics Support, the M705B1 began production under SGS, however it continued under the ST label for sometime.

ST Microelectronics also has a forum where you can post questions and other requests.

I guess you could always give the branch office in your area a phone call, that would certainly get their attention.

One other option is to find schematics of a TV which utilizes the M705B1, from that you could then figure out the pinout.

I found several posting concerning the M705B1 on the Polish version of this forum, maybe one of that forum members has the pinout.
