M0delsim "Bad pointer access"

vsimk is exiting with code 211

Hi,

i've installed modelsim SE 5.8b on Mandrake 10. It works fine until i add signals to the wave-viewer. Than it crashes with the message :

# Corrupt Call Stack

** Fatal: (SIGSEGV) Bad pointer access. Closing vsimk.
** Fatal: vsimk is exiting with code 211.

Any idea how to fix it ?

i think its a problem with the license..please contact the vendor..they may be able to help you

fatal: (sigsegv) bad pointer access.

it's an old problem about l!cen$e that i remember. it's related with 'ev@l', i'm not sure.
