I have some topic which may be usful to you...

1) Hardware trojan detection and protection
2) H.264 codec
3) Real time objct tracking
4) MIMO OFDM
5) FPU unit processor

Hi,
If you r interested in RF/Microwaves choose some topic on Transceiver design where you will understand mostly all blocks of Radio system either you can choose on Phased arrays design for beam-steering applications where you learn most topics of antennas and systems.
