M@delsim 5.5e problem: Fatal: Bad pointer access

M@delsim 5.5e problem

I use the lic file from the fpg@ adv@ntage 5.2 package. Everytthing work ok. inside the package except m@delsim(v5.5e). After some search on this forum, I managed to get the m@delsim license error fixed. By some editing in the license file. But I still cannot do simulation. I got this error when m@delsim is in the middle of loading the design.

# FATAL ERROR while loading design
# Error loading design

Any idea on what would causing this. Is I still have a license problem.

I have also the same problem with M@delSim 5.7d
(# ** Fatal: (SIGSEGV) Bad pointer access.)

My guess it's that it is related to winXP...

Any solution ???

I got such problem before in 5.7x.
But after update the license, the problem was gone.
So it may be one of the solutions to fix this problem.

Actually I solved my pb easily... There were 'space' in my project path... M@delSim didn't like that...
It works fine now.
