LVS error of different number of instances

Hello
I am having a LVS error of different number of instances. Supply and gate connection to the device is correct what can be the reason for the error?

Did you correctly short the source and drain terminals of the same instances...

Do you have other errors in LVS... Because some other errors are also interconnected with this error...

And do you have this error in matching?

no its only showing this particular error...calibre is not reading that device from the layout..its showing missing instance in layout while it is actually there in the layout...can it be because of some arbitrary layer on my device?
