Lumped model of microstripline...

Can any one help, for getting lumped model of simple 50 ohm microstripline. if one port is connected to radial stub, what will be the change in model.

thanku so much its a use full link. can you please tell me for any microstripline there should be series inductor and parallel capacitance?
