LTspice simulation not working (Two transistorforward converter)

Hello,
The attached two transistor forward converter simulation in LTspice won't get up into regulation (28V).
I have followed the datasheets of the IC's to the letter, but still no joy.
Do you know what I have done wrong?

The question behind your post is if the LTSpice 3705 and 3706 simulation models have the necessary functionality for combined operation. There's no respective simulation circuit provided in the examples, only standalone simulations of both devices. Probably they are missing something. If you are interested to do the simulation, you have to find out by checking the observed behaviour against datasheet specification.
