LTSpice problem - simulation of logic gates using finfet

Hello
I've tried LTspice XVII version for the design of FINFET logic gates. I've designed an inverter but when I click on run icon it shows couldn't open a supporting file (.pm)
Can you please help me out with this?If not possible, please suggest me another best software to get my job done.
