LTE coverage improving

hi all...
am about to start my graduated project, and it cover the topic of LTE cell coverage improving or enhancement. but I fell so confusing about the way to do it..can i enhance the TTL or what I have to do?

another question?
Is it have a relation with SC-FDMA?
if any one knows paper about this please give me the link?
