LPF for removal of radio frequency transmission

An old LM324 is one of the first "low power" opamps. Since it is low power then its output slew rate has trouble with frequencies higher than 2kHz, it is noisy and has crossover distortion.
Since you need an instrumentation amplifier then use an instrumentation amplifier IC that already has very well-matched resistors inside.

Since you need an instrumentation amplifier then use one of the many instrumentation amplifier ICs that are available today.

I am using AD524 which is an instrumentation amplifier.
Would you please help me with a circuit diagram, how to use it as a differential amplifier to detect a metal?
