i am using breadboard .
so you think it is better to make a pcb?
is it possible that the problem was breadboard?
but i checked all wires and connection and all of them were correct.

How did you use LPC2368 with a breadboard?
Is it soldered on an DIP adapter and are you sure about the pin numbers?

i really suggest you to make a pcb and place your LPC23xx on a base(so that if there is some problem with your Ic you can easily replace it). . And i wonder how did you placed your LPC in it!!!
make a pcb and try to change your LPC(if you are using Phillips go for NXP)..
Now got my point!!!

Dont worry, Understand that most problems are a good sign. Problems indicate that progress is being made, wheels are turning, you are moving toward your goals. Beware when you have no problems. Then you've really got a problem... Problems are like landmarks of progress.

Good Luck

NXP and Philips are the same thing, the company used to be Philips and now it is called NXP, that doesn't make a difference in the actual chips unless they are a newer revision so this suggestion to get rid of any Philips chips and buy NXP is very weird.

Actually i Know this..:!: And this thing is practically tested by me that philips ic's are not working, right now as new version NXP micro's(Here in India) are doing well so i was just suggesting him(My experience) !!! Moreover shop vendors are also saying that(those phillips micros are giving problems) they got new batch from NXP's and they are Working well(because they already getting complaints about phillips micro's)!!!
And i literally know this thing NXP(Formerly Phillips)

This might helped you!!!
