For my application I need a capasitor that has very low leakage current.

0.01uF ,2nA @ 3V bias. can anyone recommend me a specific type of capacitor to buy?
and another of 4.7uF lowest leakage.

Ceramic/ Tantulum etc which type should I use?

thank you so much.

You need a film cap.

The lowest leakage film caps are Teflon (PTFE) or Polystyrene (PS). But they are notoriously difficult to find. The next best would be polypropylene (PP). Don't use Polyester/Mylar (PET).

thank you so much for the information. so much appreciated.
p.s. Do you think Tantalum Capacitors are not so good?

They are good, but absolutely not for the ultra-low leakage level you require.
Check the datasheets.
