I have a low frequency boost converter (about 700Hz) that uses a 4.7uH inductor coil and generally has a very low duty cycle (I can't say exactly what the duty cycle is but the circuit is essentially designed to put out a pulse whenever the circuit is outputting below 68.5V).
With that said, I have found even with a decent sized output cap on there, this circuit is easily loaded down by a multimeter with a several hundred ohm divider and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to how I could reduce the impedance of this power supply by simply changing the inductor? Would a higher inductance help?
