I have 3.3 V mikrocontroller
I need to drive a low side power mosfet

which IR 21xx low side power mosfet driver should I use ?

What is the load you want to drive in the other side of the MOSFET? What is the switching speed you need?

I want drive the braking resistor of servo driver
I will have 10 KHz PWM signal

dc link voltage 310 Volts

You can use low side diver from IRF like IRS4427.
