Low-side only Buck converter design help needed

Hi

I am designing a low-side only buck converter. I want to know how to calculate the output Inductor and Capacitor values. I am designing a 12V lead acid battery charger.

I need to get 14.6V Boost charging voltage and 13.2 Trickle Charging voltage. Additionally after the circuit works I will add ACS712 current sensor to monitor the battery current.

Here is my circuit.
