Low resistance SMD resistor "003", how much is it?

Low resistance 2512 resistor has designation "003", is it 30 mOhm? There is no letter R.
 

My thread - my reply: it is 3 mOhm, believe it or not.
 

No problem to believe it. I also think, that 3 mohm is a likely interpretation, although the marking isn't industry standard.
