Low profile planar U,I core wanted (powdered iron)

Hello We wish to do a low profile, PCB_integrated common mode choke for our 1V5,65A output SMPS.
Can you get planar U,I cores off the shelf (powdered iron)?

..we will just insert it round the go and return of the PCB tracks by using cutouts for the side limbs of the U,I core.
 

For a common mode choke I will prefer Ferrite core,
If a differential/Output inductor go ahead with Powdered iron.

If it is PCB integrated, should take care of rated current in the track
