Hi,

what is your preferred programmable divider?
- fully synchronous is too power hungry
- prescaler+swallow counter is low power, but cannot programmed to every N
- cascaded 2/3 divider (Vaucher, Perrott and others) appears best, but how to extend it beyond 2^n .. 2^(n+1)-1?

Thanks for your inputs,

i think this will help u. This is by vaucher and he gave an architecture for divion extention
