low pass filter design for single phase inverter

can anyone give me the idea how to design a low pass filter for single phase inverter
 

the cut off frequency of your system is :

Fc=1/sqrt(L*C)
where L and C is the filter inductance and capacitance

and the cut off frequency is equal 5% to 25% of the fundamental frequency of the output voltage so you assume one value of L or C and calculate the other one from the previous equation

Sorry
the cut off frequency is equal 5% to 25% of the switching frequency not of the fundamental frequency
