Hello

I am designing a low-noise amplifier. Now it is time to generate the bias current properly. (Until now, I have used ideal current source)

It must be rather unaffected by supply voltage. (I have supply voltage swing with large variation 5...20V) (I am producing a 5V-reference, but at least the reference itself still need bias current)

It would be nice to be able to controll temperature dependecy.

I have possibility to use mos transistors, resistors and diodes but no bipolar transtors.

My first attempt was very noisy. What principle is the best for low noise?
